Greußener-Style Sauerkraut with diced salami
Mild sauerkraut from freshly harvested white cabbage refined with delicious premium salami dices from the traditional Greußener Salami- und Schinkenfabrik in Thuringia. Ready to eat!
Ingredients: 90% Sauerkraut (white cabbage, salt), 2,8% „Greußener“ premium salami (pork, nitrite curing salt [salt, preservative: sodium nitrite], dextrose, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid; preservative: potassium nitrate; beechwood smoke, ripening cultures), 2,4% greaves lard (bacon, greaves), sugar, bell pepper pieces, flavour, starch, spices, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
- Size: 580 ml per jar
- Preparation (only heat, don´t cook):
- in the microwave: Heat in a suitable microwave oven for 2-3 minutes at 600 watts.
- in the cooking pot: Heat for 4-5 minutes with repeated stirring.
