Eberswalder-Style Sauerkraut with smoked & diced pork

Mild sauerkraut from freshly harvested white cabbage refined with delicious premium cured pork dices from the traditional Eberswalder Wurst GmbH in the near of Berlin. Ready to eat!

Ingredients: 92% Sauerkraut (white cabbage, salt), 3,0% „Eberswalder“ cured pork dices (pork, water, iodized nitrite curing salt [salt, preservative: sodium nitrite], glucose syrup, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, stabillizer: diphosphate, spice extract, beechwood smoke), 2,3% greaves lard (bacon, greaves), onions, starch, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, smoke flavour, black pepper.

  • Size: 580 ml per jar
  • Preparation (only heat, don´t cook):
  •     in the microwave: Heat in a suitable microwave oven for 2-3 minutes at 600 watts.
  •     in the cooking pot: Heat for 4-5 minutes with repeated stirring.
  •     without dyes
