Bio-testing

Compliance with the EU organic regulation is checked and certified once a year by independent auditors. This test is carried out by an EU control center for the organic production and processing of agricultural products.

Bioland Guidelines

Strict specifications for the production of Bioland products guarantee the gentle processing of high-quality food.
The main focus is on environmental protection, animal welfare and production in mostly closed material cycles.

Demeter guidelines

The Demeter guidelines (an organization for controlled farming) guarantee the gentle processing of high-quality raw materials and products. These are considered the strictest of all.
